I had a very bad experience with 6th Street Online. I purchased online and they made the delivery into two parts. The first parcel was able to reached me in 4 days. but the second parcel, 2 MK shoes they failed to deliver without contacting me. I've been following up for 16 days. They cancelled the items, they said they tried to reached me but that is a lie. No one called me for the second delivery. Until now I am having issue with QPAY refund. They said it was refunded on 10Dec but until now it was not credited to my Debit account. They even asked for bank statement but still cannot do anything about it. I have all the email trails since November 24. They keep on apologizing but not doing any actions at all. They even gave me wrong QPAY email address. They are giving so much trouble to the customer. I read a lot of bad feedback when you check the App review. Some customers that had the same experiences are giving feedback there out of their frustrations.

Delivery

Your forwarders company (Vamos) not delivering our packages on time, specifically Driver Ateeq Ahmed Mobile# +966 54 7** **25, he has my package order# 40200**** since 5 days not responding to deliver my package afternoon or night shift since hes just lies that he will comes then not showing up!

Missing delivery items

I have placed an order on 15th june and recieved 1 box from the delivery. My order contains 5 pcs but I had recieved 2 only. I immediately contacted the driver and he said talk to the company as this is the only parcel i recieved, this company mostly provides its delivery in fragments so wait for the other driver to contact you. I have contacted the customer services since that today and I have shared the picture of the delivery box plus the contact number of the delivery guy. No one resolve the issue and today I have been informed that as per the cctv footage my items have been released from the company. Well i dont care about that as I havent recieved them. I have raised the issue and tried to contact through watsapp, email and twitter also. Worst customer service experience I ever had.
